The NRE Terrain: A Cinematic Exploration

The film team of Eindhoven in Beeld spent two years creating a documentary about the NRE. This documentary showcases the rise of industry around the Eindhoven Canal, featuring personal stories from former employees. It also addresses soil contamination and the restructuring carried out by the municipality, along with the experiences of current residents and entrepreneurs. Thus, a multifaceted portrait emerges of a place that continually reinvents itself and plays a unique role in the city today.
