ABOUT THIS EVENT
Children aged 2 to 6 will embark on their first cinema visit in our cozy film hall. On Sunday mornings, toddlers and preschoolers enjoy Taartrovers Cinemini, a special program where they watch films and play in a stunning light landscape.
During Taartrovers Cinemini, we showcase beautiful, sweet, exciting, abstract, narrative, and sometimes challenging short films, specially curated for little ones. After the screenings, guests can engage in imaginative play within a light landscape filled with various installations that encourage children to explore how light can create stories. They will investigate shape, projection, light, shadow, storytelling, movement, and color. How do shadows form? Where do images come from? How do shapes grow or shrink, and how do they seemingly disappear? What stories can they see within the shapes? For adults, shadows might seem commonplace, but to children, they can appear as magic that transforms grown-ups into towering giants!
Join Dries in learning to fly, roar, and breathe fire!

Dries is a young dragon who yearns to achieve more than he can. He wants to fly, roar, and breathe fire like the best of them -- and most importantly, he wishes to impress his teacher. Although he dreams of being a hero, he's quite clumsy and struggles to succeed. But then, it all happens! Together with a brave girl, Dries takes action to become the hero he always wanted to be.
