Hit The City is a free urban festival introducing a new program segment: Music Innovation. Set in POPEI, the Music Innovation program showcases virtual concerts, immersive installations, and high-tech music experiences. Attendees can explore pioneering projects like Effenaar Living History and OK AI, along with innovative concepts from artists such as Anneke van Giersbergen, CHARLOT, and more. The festival, a collaboration between Effenaar, Friendly Fire, and ASML, runs from Friday, August 29 to Sunday, August 31, 2025, with an opening show on Thursday, August 28. The expanded program aims to blend technological advancements with emerging talent, offering an exciting glimpse into the future of music.
