There, two mysterious figures emerge from old photo albums, prompting her to follow them. In this journey, Novi delves into the hidden tales of her family through photo books, letters, and forgotten melodies. What begins as a playful exploration transforms into a magical voyage through her family’s history and the shared colonial past of the Netherlands and Indonesia, which continues to impact the present.
