ABOUT THIS EVENT

We Are Doing Great captures the charged silence just before a breakup, where time seems to stand still and everything feels possible. This intense and physical duet dives deep into themes of love, fear, and the struggle to let go. At the end of most relationships, there exists a suspended moment filled with the anxiety of what is inevitably to come. The door is open, yet neither partner dares to leave first, fully aware that there will be no returning. This performance stretches that electrically charged moment, making breaths audible, infusing silence with weight, and imbuing every movement with meaning. Love and resistance intertwine in a delicate game of holding on and letting go. Unfolding like an inner dialogue filled with doubt and longing, the duet poses questions — Where did it go wrong? Can the fire be rekindled? The answers linger in the air as both bodies wait for the other, trapped in mutual fear. The performance embodies a singular fragment of time, where tenderness, pain, and resistance coexist. Raw, poetic, and intense. *Excluding consumables.*
