Het Debuut: A Night of Future Theater Stars
October 4, 2025, at 20:30 — Natlab
Experience breathtaking graduate performances from emerging theater talents!
During Het Debuut, you'll discover the most striking graduation performances of 2025. On one night, witness three different shows from the theater makers of the future—names you will undoubtedly hear more from. For almost 15 years, Via Rudolphi Producties has been showcasing talent with this successful production. The performances remain a surprise until the day of the event.
Debutants are scouted during graduation presentations and theater festivals in the spring. This year, the young creators will be mentored by early Debut-ers, including George Tobal. Many past participants of Het Debuut have gone on to become established names in the theater scene, including Rundfunk, George Tobal, Performancecollectief URLAND, La Isla Bonita, Tarik Moree, and Tim Olivier Somer, among others.
Via Rudolphi Producties has been producing Het Debuut annually since 2011/2012. It is a theater house that collaborates with autonomous performing creators, ranging from freshly graduated top talents to seasoned professionals. These creators have a mission to tell their own stories—ones that haven't been told enough, casting new light on important themes. Our performances are relatable, engaging, thought-provoking, sometimes uncomfortable, tragically humorous, and often quasi-realistic.
