This year, the Storioni Festival, in collaboration with Emoves and Area 51, presents its third installment of a unique performance. In this extraordinary production, classical music meets the forefront of street art and urban culture. Featuring the talented Storioni Soloists and Storioni Trio, the event showcases a diverse program, enhanced by a dynamic mix of urban performers. This performance represents a unique crossover between composition and improvisation, where music, dance, spoken word, and street art merge within the raw and dynamic environment of Area 51's skatepark. The creators elevate the power of street and city culture to an artistic platform. Freestyle, improvisation, and personal expression blend with musical composition and the skatepark’s distinctive architecture, resulting in a groundbreaking performance that unites various disciplines into one powerful experience. The Emoves MASTERS program's talented performers will also grace the stage, representing exceptional urban makers selected from across the Netherlands for skill development every two years.
