OVER DIT EVENEMENT

On Monday, 18th May at 20:00, we will gather at Natlab to discuss the ongoing developments around the station, with a special focus on the outcomes of the Regional Workshop Fellenoord. We will hear from notable speakers including Hanna Lára Palsdottir (Ministry of VRO), José Meijboom and/or Erik Jacobs (Fellenoord2040 Development Company), and Hilde Blank (BVR Advisors), discussing how we can make well-founded spatial choices through design strength and broad societal dialogues. This workshop, initiated by the Ministry of VRO, provides a temporary space to step away from regular processes and practice new ways of seeing, thinking, and collaborating. This interim space fosters conditions for shared learning, mobilizing collective knowledge for further development. As a result, unexpected connections, new choices, and different solutions can emerge. Insights from this workshop are documented in the interim report: "Werkplaats Fellenoord: Seeking Soft Values." On Monday, May 18, we will reflect on these insights and solutions, engaging in dialogue with the audience. This public program is part of the Action Agenda for Spatial Design, a collaborative initiative by the Ministries of OCW and BZK/VRO, which encourages the use of spatial design and design research, especially in addressing large, interconnected spatial challenges. Please note that the discussion will be conducted in Dutch.
