Join us for 'Love: Part II', a warm and comforting evening where love and sorrow embrace each other as lifelong friends. Experience a collage of love stories, a sanctuary for living rather than just producing, where laughter emerges through tears—because that is the essence of love! This performance is for anyone who has loved and lost. The inspiration came from eavesdropping on a conversation among three women during a writing workshop at a monastery. One woman spoke poignantly about her upcoming dance workshop for parents who have lost children. It was a moment of heartfelt silence that revealed so much. Her courage to share her story about her lost 6-year-old daughter broke my heart, and I realized the importance of honoring such memories. For ten years, I have performed this show annually as a monument to love and those we miss. Now it’s time for part II, inspired by countless new stories of love and the shared tears we carry.
