Woodcraft Concert: A Fusion of Jazz and Classical

Woodcraft is one of the most promising string ensembles in the Netherlands. This groundbreaking group combines jazz, groove, improvisation, and vocals to give the violin, viola, and cello a refreshed voice in contemporary music. In December 2022, Woodcraft participated in the Dutch Jazz Competition, winning both the Best Band and Audience Awards. The jury stated they were at the edge of their seats, amazed by a truly unique sound. Their music is a delightful blend of inspirations from jazz, folk, and classical realms, cohesively coming together to create their distinctive sound.
