The Royal Ballet Presents: Woolf Works
February 9 and March 8, 2026 — Natlab
Dive into the Artistic Universe of Virginia Woolf
Virginia Woolf challenged literary conventions by describing captivating inner worlds, which formed her intense, shocking, and moving reality. Choreographer Wayne McGregor, in residence, along with his remarkable artistic team, shapes the consciousness stream of Woolf, reflecting her unique writing style, in this monumental work that rejects traditional narrative structures. Woolf Works is a collage of themes from Mrs Dalloway, Orlando, The Waves, and other works of Woolf. This Olivier-award-winning triptych, created in 2015 for The Royal Ballet, beautifully captures Woolf's distinctive artistic essence. Experience the LIVE performance on February 9, 2026, followed by an ENCORE presentation on March 8, 2026, showcasing the same performance as a recorded live event.
